I was recommended to Mr. Myllus Bong from SimpleNest Interior Pte Ltd by a friend after I received the keys to my BTO flat.
From our very first meeting at his office, Myllus was patient and attentive. We met a couple more times to discuss my renovation plans, during which he took the time to understand my preferences and ideas. He provided helpful suggestions, explained the pros and cons of different options, and guided me clearly through the renovation costs and payment schedule.
Throughout the renovation, Myllus proved to be a very understanding and responsible ID. Knowing that I had a busy work schedule and couldn’t be on-site often, he regularly recorded videos of the renovation progress and sent them to me without me having to ask — which I really appreciated.
He also visited the site every two to three days to monitor the progress personally. Whenever he spotted any issues or defects, he got his workers to rectify them immediately. His attention to detail was excellent — he would even check and confirm measurements for items like the basin, mirror, toilet fixtures, and more, ensuring everything would fit perfectly.
The entire renovation took about two months to complete. I’m very happy with the final result — the design is exactly what I envisioned: beautifully done, cozy, and comfortable.
